(45 minutes breathwork + 45 minutes optional spa), you’ll tap into deep breathing techniques and rejuvenating contrast therapy to boost your vitality and resilience. It’s an energizing morning ritual designed to unlock your deep resilience, sharpen your focus, and leave you feeling calm and empowered for the day ahead.

Session Details

  • Schedule: Five days a week (Monday–Friday) at 8:30 AM (45-minute breathwork session + optional 45-minute spa)

  • Location: 50 Spring Street, Suite 103 – Breath Studio (downtown Friday Harbor)

  • Price: $20 per session (includes access to the Cold/Heat exposure garden spa)

  • Preparation: Arrive on a nearly empty stomach for comfort. Bring a water bottle, and if you plan to use the spa, please bring flip flops & towel.
