I have tried Mindfulness Meditation, but always struggled and lost focus. It was game changing to finally experience the relief of anxiety, euphoria, and just present feeling after our breath work! The cold plunge was incredible! I was astonished I was able to stay in for 90 seconds, and almost to 2 minutes. I look forward to training with cold showers, and improving my stamina in cold water and relieving anxiety and stress. Honestly after the 4 hr workshop I felt incredible, full of energy , it felt like 4 hrs of self care to me. The next day I did my first cold immersion on my own and felt my mind set had completely shifted and did not suffer emotionally or physically when I entered the cold water for the first time.
